An inventory-first project: every hanging piece, folded stack, shoe, and bin was counted and measured before a single cabinet was drawn. The millwork was then dimensioned to that inventory rather than to standard catalog modules, so nothing is stored on the floor or stacked two-deep.

Storage capacity roughly doubled inside the original footprint, with each category — hanging, folded, shoes, and seasonal — given a dedicated zone so daily routines no longer cross paths.
