Theme Rooms & Vacation Rental Design

Designed to stand out. Planned to perform.

Theme rooms and vacation rentals are the same discipline: a room built around a story, planned so it photographs well, accommodates real use, and holds up over time.

Rooms built around a story in three layers: the art, the built elements that frame it, and the paint that ties the room together. The concept is drawn first so millwork, mural, and color are commissioned as one package. For South Florida rentals the same approach is measured against performance — sophisticated palm and botanical murals, natural woods and rattan, warm whites, and ocean-and-lagoon blues and greens, with built-in bunks, cabana moments, and indoor-outdoor living.

Key layout outcome

Millwork and mural align on the same wall composition, giving each room one unmistakable focal wall. In rentals, sleeping capacity increased without crowding shared spaces, surfaces and textiles were specified for fast cleaning, and the listing photos got stronger.

Scope of work
  • Story and concept development
  • Mural commissioning with the artist network
  • Built-out millwork, 3D wall elements, and bunk rooms
  • Paint and finish palette
  • Capacity-driven furniture layout plans
  • Indoor-outdoor living, cabana, and pool-side planning
  • Durable, cleanable specifications and photo-forward styling

Make your room — or your rental — more memorable.

Whether you're planning a theme room at home, furnishing a new property, or redesigning an existing rental, thoughtful planning improves both the experience and the way the space presents in photos.
